Methods

Executives

We recruit top-level and second-level executives exclusively via personal contact. Only in exceptional cases, and if so desired by our client, will the vacancy also be posted in print media and/or online job exchanges.

Experts

We also recruit experts and specialists largely by means of personal contact. If a job profile is defined on a special technical and/or scientific level, direct personal contact is the only logical approach. For specialists in the business administration sector, especially with a regional limitation, job posting in the media may also be a viable solution.

Our tools

We use latest, state-of-the-art methods for researching, contacting and keeping in touch with candidates right up to presentation. Our own extensive databases containing insider information about various industries, corporate structures and job functions help us to accomplish this task. But our crucial distinctive feature is our skill in personal negotiations with targeted candidates. Our team of consultants with many years of experience research and contact suitable candidates for each vacancy and take care of negotiations at all stages until an employment contract is concluded.

Global

When we say global, we mean global. We are proud of being able to present references as evidence of successful executive and specialist recruitment from more than 30 countries. Whether the search is carried out from Germany or whether a local partner takes care of the actual recruitment depends on the respective project. But we accept responsibility for all our projects and their success regardless.

Corporate culture

Does the job-seeker fit in? The consultant assigned to the task will make a point of getting a personal impression on site himself. This personal impression is indispensable to give him a sure feeling for the corporate culture and other specific conditions. This is crucial for "fine tuning" later on, when dealing with the question of whether the candidate really fits into that company.

Interviewing

Every consultant interviews his candidates personally and provides a detailed written analysis prior to presenting them to the client. On the basis of such a profile, vital questions can then be dealt with very quickly and accurately during the presentation interview. We subsequently provide responsible support in the decision-making process, and also give our recommendation for the appointment.
