History

On 1 June 1982, USP Unternehmens- und Personalberatung was established by consultants from a leading European business and human resources consultancy company. In addition to recruitment, other HR services were provided, such as human resources development, implementation of assessment centres, coaching and the development of personnel assessment systems.

Ernst-August Sundermann In 1991, Ernst-August Sundermann joined the corporation. The company was subsequently renamed Unternehmens- und Personalberatung USP SUNDERMANN CONSULTING.

Within the corporation, USP SUNDERMANN CONSULTING specialized in recruitment. The other HR services have been spun off, but are still continued under the roof of USP SUNDERMANN CONSULTING. In the first few years, a two-pronged approach to recruitment was taken, via job advertisements in the media as well as by direct recruitment, or "headhunting".

Over the years, however, the search method has undergone a fundamental change. Headhunting has become the core issue at USP. A highly qualified consulting team linked to a network of cooperation partners now ensures efficient, custom-made, high-precision recruitment.
